Dog Sitting Checkout Policy

To keep our overnight dog sitting and daycare services running smoothly for every client, we ask that pickups follow the schedule below:

Weekday Checkouts (Monday–Friday mornings)

Because we operate dog daycare starting early each weekday, weekday pickups must be completed by 7:00 AM to remain free of charge. Pickups after 7:00 AM will be billed at our short stay, half-day or full-day daycare rate, since your dog will be included in that day's care.

Weekend Checkouts (Saturday & Sunday)

Weekend checkouts have a more flexible window:

• Before 12:00 PM: No charge

• 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM: $30 late pickup fee

• After 6:00 PM: Full daycare rate ($70) applies

We know plans can shift — that's exactly why we build a clear grace structure into our pricing, so you always know what to expect before you book. If you think you'll need a later pickup, just let us know in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate.
